seniors cooking classes and workshops for eating well
This winter, GROW is offering 2 workshops for seniors in the local community. Our goal is to increase social opportunity for seniors to gather and make good food, while learning about eating well and staying healthy.
The program will run on Tuesday evenings, starting at 5:30pm.
Location: In-person at the Kiwanis Apartments (313 Geneva St., St. Catharines), or Virtual via Zoom *Please check the session before signing-up as to which format the workshop will be offered in. In the case of mandatory restrictions or inclement weather, in-person sessions will move to online format.
Each session will include a light meal and refreshments. All materials will be provided for each session, free of charge.
